Sarir Sanat Tam Ranks First at the Technology and Incubator Center Appreciation Ceremony

Sarir Sanat Tam, by developing advanced software and control systems based on Level-2 Automation, has played a significant role over recent years in improving production quality, reducing energy consumption, and increasing productivity in major industries across the country. These achievements led to its recognition as a distinguished company at the Isfahan Science and Technology Town Appreciation Ceremony this year.


Focus on Specialized Technologies and Local Development

By concentrating on a specialized and underdeveloped sector within the industry, Sarir Sanat Tam has established itself as one of the knowledge-based companies active in industrial automation and process smartization
Its projects are fully localized, customized, and tailored to the specific needs of production lines.

According to evaluations conducted by the Isfahan Science and Technology Town, the company’s successful performance over the past two years earned it the top rank among companies with one to two years of establishment at the Technology Incubator Center during the Appreciation Ceremony.


Flagship Project: Digital Twin and Level-2 Intelligent Control at Saba Steel

One of Sarir Sanat Tam’s key projects was implemented at Saba Steel. In this project, the cooling process of steel sheets after rolling was fully modeled, and a Digital Twin of the cooling table was developed. 
Additionally, a Level-2 intelligent control system based on artificial intelligence was designed, enabling precise control of temperature gradients and achieving the desired mechanical properties.

This system has enabled the production of advanced dual-phase steel, including DP780 grade, providing high added value and broad applications in the automotive industry.

Originally, this project was planned to be executed by a European company at approximately ten times the cost. However, under the current circumstances, the project was assigned to Sarir Sanat Tam, which successfully completed it by leveraging domestic capabilities at a significantly lower cost.


Advanced Control System Design for Color-Coated Steel at Mobarakeh Steel

Another key project of Sarir Sanat Tam is the design of an advanced control system for color-coated steel production at Mobarakeh Steel. This project is also being implemented with a focus on technology localization and improving final product quality.

Globally, the design and implementation of Level-2 automation packages typically cost over one million dollars. However, Sarir Sanat Tam has managed to provide these services at about one-tenth of the foreign cost while maintaining competitive quality. 
While many foreign companies use generic and non-customized systems, Sarir Sanat Tam’s solutions are fully tailored and optimized for the specific needs of each industry.


Alignment with Industry 4.0

According to reports from the Isfahan Science and Technology Town, Sarir Sanat Tam, relying on its specialized technical team, extensive field experience in oil and steel industries, and advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital twins, and advanced control systems, has taken effective steps toward achieving the goals of Industry 4.0.
